Dr. Kaden has a background that blends sports, fitness, and chiropractic care. His interest in chiropractic care was sparked during his youth, after receiving treatment for sports-related injuries. This experience laid the foundation for his passion for health and wellness, which developed further during his college years at Fort Hays State University. While earning his degree in exercise science, he worked as a personal trainer, led group fitness workouts, and deepened his understanding of the human body and its performance.

His journey continued at Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, where he became actively involved in Motion Palpation Institute, Rehab to Perform, served as a leader of the Sports Chiropractic Club, participated in clinical rotations focused on sports and rehab, and worked as a strength and conditioning coach at Elite Performance Academy. These experiences reinforced his desire to provide patients with high quality chiropractic care, particularly for athletes and active individuals.

His professional training includes certifications in a variety of techniques, including Active Release Techniques (ART), Thompson Technique (drop table), Cox Flexion-Distraction(spinal decompression), McKenzie Method, myofascial decompression (cupping), among others.

Dr. Kaden’s approach to treating the body with a multimodal lens helps him bring the best tools in rehab to treat athletes and individuals focused on recovery, injury prevention, and performance optimization.

Outside of the office, Dr. Kaden coaches fitness classes at NOCO Performance and enjoys staying active through running, weightlifting, golfing, playing pickle-ball, hiking, spending time with his fiancée, and following his favorite sports teams.
